I use evidence-based approaches (e.g., EFT, Gottman) to help you understand the patterns you’re stuck in and actually change them by changing how you communicate. We won’t talk about the problem-of-the-week; we’ll work directly with how the two of you interact, so the changes and connection you make in session carry into real life.
