Individual Therapy

My work is collaborative and client-centered in nature, and I'm passionate about helping clients find the path that works best for them to heal and grow. I will help you gain insight into your feelings and behaviors while also helping you learn the skills needed to put that insight into practice.  I help clients with anxiety, depression, and PTSD, using approaches such as CBT (Cognitive-Behavior Therapy), mindfulness, and EMDR therapy (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
